Last updated: Draft for early access testing.
PDF Bank Statement to Clean Excel is a PDF-to-Excel conversion tool for bank statements. It is operated by Tally Accounting Limited / Arun G Nair.
The current version is provided for early access testing by private access code. It is not yet a fully public product. Access may be changed, paused or withdrawn during testing.
You must only upload bank statements that you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for checking the converted Excel output before relying on it.
The service converts file formats only. It does not provide accounting, tax, audit, legal or financial advice.
PDF extraction and OCR may not be perfect. OCR can miss rows, misread dates, descriptions or amounts, especially for scanned/photo PDFs. Warnings are provided for review where possible, but users must carry out their own checks.
The service may be unavailable due to hosting, maintenance, errors, updates or third-party service issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during private testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided during private testing without warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by unchecked outputs, incorrect OCR extraction, user upload errors, missing rows, or reliance on converted data without manual review.
The early access testing plan is a one-time payment of €9.99 and includes up to 10 PDF statement pages during the private testing period. Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment link shown on the Pricing page.
During early access, access codes are emailed manually after payment review. This is not an automatic login/subscription system yet.
Because this is an early access testing service, users should review the service description, OCR warning and limitations before paying. Refund requests can be sent to tallyacltd@gmail.com and will be reviewed case by case, especially where access was not provided or the service was not usable. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
You must not misuse the service, upload malicious files, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or upload files you are not authorised to process.
The early access testing plan includes up to 10 PDF statement pages. A PDF page means one page contained in the uploaded PDF statement. We may ask users to reduce usage or purchase additional access if usage exceeds the agreed testing limit.
We may update these Terms as the service moves from private testing to public release.
For questions, contact tallyacltd@gmail.com.
The current early access testing plan includes up to 10 PDF statement pages per conversion/access pack, unless we agree otherwise in writing. One PDF page means one page contained inside the uploaded PDF file, not one bank transaction row.
If an upload exceeds the permitted page limit, the system may block the conversion and ask the user to upload within the permitted limit, split the upload, purchase additional access, or contact us for support.
